At The Idea print, you can customize a wide range of products, including clothing, hats, bags, mugs, notebooks, photo canvases, umbrellas and other products for promotional, gift or everyday use. We provide various personalization options for the products available in our catalog to make each product unique.
We offer various printing and personalization techniques – digital textile printing (DTG and DTF), sublimation, embroidery, engraving, pad printing, screen printing and digital printing. Each technique is selected according to the type of product and design requirements. You can not worry about the choice of technology: it will be determined by our knowledgeable and experienced specialists, based on their many years of experience.
There is no minimum order quantity for orders at theideaprint.com. However, there are some product categories, such as business cards, etc., that will have a minimum quantity required to be produced. This information will always be listed in the product description.
For promotional items and other goods:
You can find the price on the product page – with and without personalization costs, unless otherwise stated in the product description. To view the price table for products with personalization, follow these steps:
- On the website theideaprint.com, select the necessary products (the price is initially shown without personalization);
- Specify the required quantity and other parameters in the menu next to the product;
- Click on the “Add print” button – this will activate the current price table.

The price of the product is indicated without personalization. Considering that the final cost is directly affected by the personalization specifics, size, and type of the required personalization, the customer will be informed about the final price by our specialists after receiving the order. To find out the price for the desired personalization for the relevant quantity of products, follow these steps:
- On the website theideaprint.com, select the necessary products, indicating the required quantity and other parameters (color, size);
- Attach a personalization file/preferences information, outlining as much useful information as possible about the desired outcome;
- Place an order – you will soon receive a message with information about the price or clarifying questions to provide a price quote.
If you still cannot see the personalization price for the product, create an order with the desired products, indicating all the necessary information in the order comments. After placing your order, you will soon receive a message with a price quote or questions necessary for creating a quote.
To ensure the best possible results, we only provide personalization for products from our catalog, so we do not provide personalization services for products purchased elsewhere. We have tested the products we offer to be sure about them. The catalog of personalized products is available here!
Ordering process
To make the process quick and efficient, goods can be ordered online – theideaprint.com:
- Select the products you want to order and personalize;
- Upload your desired design or add information about your personalization wishes in the comments, indicate the quantity of items and add them to your cart;
- Complete the order process by entering the required information.

Yes, we provide a digital visualization for each order, which we will send for approval before personalization is performed. This ensures that we have understood each other and the outcome meets expectations. The creation of such a digital mockup is free of charge up to the 3rd mockup (or 2 corrections) – further corrections are possible for an additional fee, by agreement.
We accept a variety of file formats for personalization, including .PDF, .AI, .CDR, .EPS (logo and mockup format) and high-resolution .JPG or .PNG files (image format). For best printing results, please ensure that the files you submit are in vector graphics format, preferably in CMYK color format.
The time, when order will be ready, for each order is different, depending on the complexity and size of the order, as well as the time of order coordination and payment. At the time of placing the order, you can indicate the desired time of receipt of the order – based on this, our specialists will specify it and indicate the current deadline for receiving the order. We remind you that for orders that are received by delivery, several additional working days must be included for its delivery to the selected address.
Pick up and delivery
Yes, we offer delivery almost worldwide, working with reliable partners – delivery companies. Delivery costs to addresses outside the Baltic States vary depending on the destination, order volume and selected delivery company – we will be able to specify this after placing the order.
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided, which you can enter on the relevant supplier’s platform to monitor the delivery status.
We offer:
- standard delivery by courier (worldwide),
- delivery to a parcel machine or pick-up point (in the Baltic States and Europe).
- You can also pick up your order at our office in Riga, Teika, Bajāru Street 18 – on working days, during office hours.
During the order process, you will be able to choose the desired delivery method.
Payment and returns
An invoice will be issued for the order, which can be paid by secure bank transfer.
We provide a Year long warranty for our personalization – it applies to unused products in case of problems with the personalization of the product (more – Terms of Use, point No 5 – “Warranty” ). We, The Idea print, provide layout making services (placement of submitted elements/design on the personalized product), but not design creation services (e.g., design creation with idea generation, placement of information in the layout, selection of images, etc.).
