Placing the order:
To ensure quick and efficient execution and receipt of orders, the order can only be placed on the website – www.theideaprint.com (on-site, we only accept visitors for pre-booked consultations or to receive completed orders after our confirmation). Payment:
After processing Your order and clarifying the information regarding the order, we will send an invoice.
Payment options: payment via bank transfer. (When making a payment, the invoice number must be specified in the payment details).
Receiving and delivery:
- Our office: Rīga (Latvia), Bajāru Street 18 (during working hours) – free of charge
- Delivery to parcel lockers: available to the parcel locker of your choice – the price depends on the chosen supplier and country
- Delivery via courier: Standard delivery is available to your specified address in Latvia and worldwide – the price depends on the delivery address.

PERSONALIZE THEM
If needed, personalize products by attaching the desired image, logo, text, or any design. Add additional information for placement or specify other order-related details, if necessary.
WAIT TO RECEIVE THE VISUALIZATION AND INVOICE
After placing the order, our specialists will check the product availability, order details, and the personalization file. We will prepare and send a visualization (or mockup) of the chosen personalization by e-mail, and clarify any uncertainties, as well as issue an advance payment invoice.
APPROVAL, PAYMENT – PRODUCTION!
After mutual approval and invoice payment, we will start the production process. We will carry out personalization within the agreed term, starting from the moment of confirmation of the invoice payment.
WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION!
Be sure to wait for a confirmation text message (SMS) and e-mail – we will let you know when the item is ready to be shipped or picked up on-site.
