Orders can be collected free of charge at our office in Riga, Bajāru iela 18, upon arrival after you have received confirmation that the order is ready. We also offer delivery via courier to your specified address or to parcel terminals and parcel lockers, where the delivery cost is calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on the weight and size of the shipment. Production and delivery deadlines are agreed upon individually and become effective on the next business day following invoice payment and written approval of the design layout.

For items without printing or personalization, the Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt by sending a completed form to [email protected]. It is important to note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalized or custom-made (with printing or engraving), except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect. To process a return, the item must be returned to Bajāru iela 18, Riga, ensuring that it is unused, with original labels and packaging; return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.

For general product defects, such as visual damage, holes, or sizing discrepancies, the warranty period is 14 days from the moment of receipt. A 1-year warranty is provided for the quality of printing and engraving, provided that all care and usage instructions have been followed. If you identify a discrepancy or defect, please contact us immediately by writing to [email protected] and including the order number and photographs of the defect; however, please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, washing, or natural wear and tear.
